Sam Blyth — Founder, Blueprint Sales Engine

 I spent 30+ years in sales and business development — 20 of them specifically in EdTech and workforce learning. I've built sales teams from scratch, led functions through PE and VC-backed growth, set up new market sectors, and helped businesses operationalise GTM plans that actually get executed.
 

I started Blueprint because I kept hearing about the same problems. Good businesses, good products, good people — but the sales engine wasn't working. Pipeline looked healthy until you looked closely. Teams were busy but not aligned. Founders were winning deals through sheer energy, but couldn't scale it and couldn't hand it off.
 

Blueprint's job is to find the blockers and fix them — fast. Quick wins first, because momentum matters, then the foundations that let teams grow and scale.
